Optional Pre-Conference Safari Experience
Extend your visit to South Africa with an unforgettable safari experience before CANCON17. From 5–8 March 2027, delegates have the opportunity to enjoy an optional stay at Kapama Private Game Reserve, one of South Africa's premier luxury safari destinations.
Many of our international delegates have expressed an interest in experiencing Africa's iconic wildlife during their visit. For those looking for an authentic safari experience, we highly recommend Kapama, home to the Big Five and renowned for its exceptional hospitality, luxury accommodation, and unforgettable game viewing.
Participation is entirely optional and is not dependent on a minimum number of bookings.

Booking Information

Participation is entirely optional.

Accommodation, activities, and transfers are arranged directly through Kapama Private Game Reserve.

Delegates wishing to participate will receive a dedicated booking link and promotional code.

Bookings and payments are made directly with Kapama and are not included in the CANCON17 registration fee.

Availability is limited, and early booking is strongly recommended.
Delegates should fly into Johannesburg (OR Tambo International Airport) and connect to Hoedspruit Airport, located close to Kapama Private Game Reserve.
Complimentary transfers between Hoedspruit Airport and the lodge are included.
Following the safari, delegates can take a direct flight from Hoedspruit to Cape Town on Monday, before travelling to Paarl for CANCON17.
